1. Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped from China.
We ship to your door via air freight or express delivery via DHL, FEDEX, or UPS. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5-10 business days, with an estimated shipping time of approximately 12-18 days. This excludes unforeseen circumstances.
After shipment, we will update the tracking number for each shipment and send it to the customer.

2. Shipping and Customs Duties
Shipping costs are borne by us; the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be incurred.

3. Package Delivery Issues
You will receive an email notification after your order has been shipped.
If there are any delivery issues with your package, you must contact customer service within 60 days of placing your order.

Custom items: Non-refundable, only replaced if damaged in transit.

Return conditions: Must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping (tracked service recommended).

Refunds: Processed within 2 business days. PayPal immediate; bank cards up to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
