Return and Refund Policy:

1. If the item arrives damaged, the buyer may request a refund, but this must be made within 5 days of receipt.

2. If the packaging is damaged or broken, please open the package immediately, inspect the item, take photos for evidence, and request compensation from the courier. If the item is not defective, you may sign for it. Returns received after 5 days will not be accepted.

3. Please email photos and packaging to kochwertdecor@outlook.com. We will inspect and respond within 24 hours.

5. Custom items are not refundable, but we will replace them if any quality issues arise during shipping.

6. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and retain the original tags and/or packaging. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Items that are not resaleable are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you. You must use the outer packaging to protect the item. If the returned item has any quality issues, the buyer will be responsible for the corresponding losses. If there's a manufacturing defect with the item, you can return it for a full refund.

How do I return my item to you?
You are responsible for returning the item to us. You can choose your preferred courier and shipping service—we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We typically process returns within 2 business days of receiving the item, and you will receive an email to update you on the status of your return. We will refund the item using the payment method you used to place your order. PayPal refunds are credited immediately. Due to varying processing times across payment providers, bank card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the item has shipped, we will update the tracking number for each shipment and send it to the customer.
